Mediation Sessions

• Mediations are available for half day or full day sessions.

• Half day sessions are reserved for a two-hour minimum and full day sessions are reserved for a four-hour minimum.

• Morning sessions start at 9 a.m. and afternoon sessions start at 1:30 p.m.

• Full day mediations can start at anytime agreed by the parties.

• Please reserve enough time to address the issues and/or complexity of the case. Having the right amount of time will increase the potential settlement of your case. If you only need a half-day session but believe there is a possibility that it might go over four hours, then please book the afternoon session.

 

Mediation Calendar

• Use the online calendar for date availability. Please identify a mediation session acceptable to all parties and request a reservation of that session. The mediation will be confirmed as soon as possible and a Mediation Engagement Agreement will be sent by e-mail to all parties.

 

Mediation Location

• Mediations can take place via zoom or in person at a location agreed by the parties.
